U.S. Grown and Processed Millet

In light of the UN declaring 2023 to be the International Year of Millets, we are proud to highlight our Sterling, Colorado facility in this year’s report. For over two decades, the Sterling operation has been processing Proso Millet, recognizing and promoting millet’s unique qualities that make it a nutritional and sustainability powerhouse.

At Bay State Milling Company, we recognize the vital role our growers play in shaping the quality and sustainability of our products. In this report, we feature two of our growers that have been partnering with our Sterling millet operation for over 20 years. Like many of the growers we work with, these farmers are cultivating land that has passed down through generations, bringing a sense of pride, passion, and expertise that is invaluable in producing the finest millet for our customers and consumers.
